These trees are made with high grade acrylic ensuring the are not easily broken due to weather. The bauble however could be more fragile therefore please make sure it is properly placed into the ground for security.

This is a personalised item therefore our returns policy is as follows. Any faults reported within 5 days of receipt may be considered faulty and will be replaced if item meets criteria. Any faults reported outwith this will be deemed wear and tear. They are not invincible and are fragile, especially the bauble section, so please treat them with love and care. ๐ค We do not offer refunds on personalised items because you changed your mind or dropped it.
