SHIPPING
Different items have different turnaround times for shipping.
Our scratch reveals/tickets will be dispatched within 2-3 working days when ordered by 3pm
(excluding weekends) as will any of our cards. Although this can be longer during November/December.
Most other items have a 3-5 day turnaround which can be slightly longer during busier periods such as Christmas so please be organised and always order with plenty of time!
UK WIDE SHIPPING
We have made the decision as of November 2025 to ship only with Tracked48 across all items. This allows both us and you to feel secure in your delivery and know where your parcel is.
Please note- shipping estimate and delivery are NOT the same thing! Please take both into consideration when selecting the appropriate shipping method for your purchase, especially when gifting for an occasion. We will not be held responsible for items that didn't arrive on time due to human error in calculating this.
LOCAL DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Inverclyde we see you! This costs £2 to cover petrol. If there is a particular day that suits you and it is not available, please include this in order notes when checking out and we will try our best to accommodate this. If you have an address that is tricky to find please give us as much information as possible to help!
We do not deliver before 3pm.
For collection, this is the least preferred option and is something more reserved for repeat customers or last minute orders subject to us being available. If you wish to collect, please contact us via the form or social media (Facebook) and if we can agree a time, we will give you a special code that deducts shipping costs. Please stick to the date and time giving as this is also on our time too. If you change you forget to collect and wish for delivery, you will be charged £2.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please kindly wait 4 working days after your delivery estimate has passed before contacting us as sometimes Royal Mail does have delays that are outwith our control especially during busier months.
If this courtesy period has passed, please contact us through the form below and we will reply to you within 1 working day to help and try sort this for you ASAP 💕
