SHIPPING

Different items have different turnaround times for shipping.

Our scratch reveals/tickets will be dispatched within 2-3 working days when ordered by 3pm

(excluding weekends) as will any of our cards. Although this can be longer during November-December and April-June as these months are extremely busy.

 

Most other items have a 3-5 day turnaround which can be slightly longer during busier periods such as above mentioned so please be organised and always order with plenty of time!

If you have purchased a bundle that includes PJ's these are ordered in and can have a 2 week turnaround time - especially a high demand bundle. All other bundles will be up to a week however during busier periods can also be longer. Remember this is for processing only and does not include the shipping time.

UK WIDE SHIPPING

As of February 2026 we have added in a STANDARD SHIPPING option again for A5 postal items to keep things affordable. However please note- this is 2nd class shipping and currently Royal Mail only delivers on "alternate days" 2-3 days a week and excluding weekends entirely so do not select this if you need it quickly a it can take over a week to arrive. Please select Tracked48 instead for time sensitive orders. You are fully accountable for this.

Anything above A5 is shipped automatically with Royal Mail Tracked48.

Please note- shipping estimate and delivery are NOT the same thing! Please take both into consideration when selecting the appropriate shipping method for your purchase, especially when gifting for an occasion. We will not be held responsible for items that didn't arrive on time due to not calculating this.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY / COLLECTION

Inverclyde we see you! This costs £2 to cover petrol. If there is a particular day that suits you and it is not available, please include this in order notes when checking out and we will try our best to accommodate this. If you have an address that is tricky to find please give us as much information as possible to help!

 

We do not deliver before 5pm.

For collection, this is the least preferred option and is something more reserved for repeat customers or last minute orders subject to us being available. If you wish to collect, please contact us via the form or social media (Facebook) and if we can agree a time, we will give you a special code that deducts shipping costs. Please stick to the date and time giving as this is also on our time too. If you change your time or forget to collect and wish for delivery, you will be charged £2. ​
