This is a personalised item therefore our returns policy is as follows. Any faults reported within 5 days of receipt may be considered faulty and will be replaced if it meets criteria. Any faults reported outwith this will be deemed wear and tear. They are not invincible and are fragile, especially the bow section, so please treat them with love and care. 🤍 We do not offer refunds on personalised items because you changed your mind. We also know a dropped bauble when we see one!
